In Super Mario World, it is possible to enter an area using a glitch where Mario’s fireballs travel straight instead of bouncing along the ground. In Vanilla Dome 2, using a P-Switch, it is possible to wedge Mario in the position he is in at the beginning of the footage. After the P-Switch’s effect wears off, Mario will be pushed downward into the rock, where the fireballs will behave differently.

OMG I LOVED CRYSTAL SHARDS AS A KID!!! What’s your favorite combo? I like rock and electric as that big yo-yo is cool.

iguanamouth answered:

In Super Mario Galaxy, Star Bunnies produce dust clouds whenever Mario moves slowly. This usually happens whenever he starts or stops moving (top) so the burst of dust is brief. However, by tilting the Control Stick very slightly, it is possible to cause the Star Bunny to continuously emit dust clouds while also not animating (bottom; note how the Star Bunny’s model is completely still outside of rotating to face Mario).
